Additional issue: Missing "Close All Open Window Tabs" smart icon

There is another issue with closing open window tabs. In the Notes 8.x Basic client (and earlier versions) there is a menu command to "Close all Open Window Tabs" that closes all tabs except the Home page tab, There is a matching Smart icon to perform this action.

In Notes 8.x Standard the menu command is now "Close All" which closes all tabs including the Home page tab (it would be nice if it left the Home tab alone!)

The problem is that the corresponding Smart icon is not listed as an available button even though it shows in the toolbar contents.

Is there a way that we can we get this icon back?
